A rotating hollow shaft (22) is mounted in the head area and holds the tool in a spring clamp sleeve (28). A cone shaped operating surface (70) on an adjacent element acts in conjunction with the clamp sleeve. The element can be moved between a clamped and a free position. The clamp sleeve has two circular bearing areas (50) separated at an axial distance from each other. The sprung clamping region is located between the two bearing areas and has at least one flexible tongue (62) formed from a U-form cut from the clamping sleeve.
