<p>The holder consists of a fastening for attaching it to a shelf, and two hinged plates (7,8) to enclose a label (9). The plates are held together by one or more hinges (11) at one end and a fastening (12) at the other. There can be two hinges with a rib (14) between them to support the label. The two plates are made from a transparent material, which is also transparent to the laser beams used in bar code scanners. The label holder fastening can be tubular in shape for attaching to a rod used for suspending items in packs such as blister packs.</p> |
