The organic phase created, as a result of alkaline hydrolysis closed to lanolin, and acid is added to the mixture in the subsequent step, together with the isolation process being provided, and this phase contains sterol alcohol, free lanolin acids and esters closed to n-lanolin alcohols and the other organic compounds created based on the above mentioned hydrolysis, are undertaken to the molecular distillation with a wiped film, at the temperature of 200 up to 280 Celsius degrees and at the pressure closed to non condensed gases 10exp(-1) up to 1Oexp(-2) Pa, while the distillate part related to the feed is 60 up to 75 weight percent and the residue part is 25 up to 40 weight percent, and the acidity number is 65 up to 80 mg KOH/g, the gained distillate is treated with a powder calcium oxide and sterol alcohol are gained with the use of a common extraction and evaporation of acetone or gasoline.
