PURPOSE: To provide a ski training device by which the turning action with the large turning radius and the action of traversing can be enabled. CONSTITUTION: The load 100 of right and left legs, the displacement of a movable part 5 and the turning angle 101 are measured by a measuring unit 1 and output as the load information 110 and the displacement information 111. In a motion estimating unit 2, the motion information 210 composed of the sliding speed, the position of a trainer on a slope and the edge strength is estimated and output on the basis of the load information 110, the displacement information 111 and the landform information 200. In a braking control unit 3, the braking amount is calculated from the load information 110, the displacement information 111 and the motion information 210 and output as the braking information 310 to a braking unit 4, and the braking of the movable unit 5 is therefore performed. |
