<p>PURPOSE:To judge easily whether a plant performance data is good or bad so as to select easily the plant performance data having a high reliability, by providing a plant performance monitoring device with a plant performance calculating unit and a reliability adding unit. CONSTITUTION:The process data of a thermal power generation plant is detected by respective detecting devices 8 to 11, and a plant performance calculating unit 15 and a reliability adding unit 22 are provided in a plant performance monitoring device 12 for assessing the plant performance on the basis of the detected process data. Reliability calculated in a reliability calculating unit 20 from a process data is added to the detected process data and the plant performance data calculated by the plant performance calculating unit 15 on the basis of the detected process data, by a reliability data adding unit 21. It is thus possible to judge easily whether of the plant performance data is good or bad so as to select easily the plant performance data which is judged that the reliability is high.</p> |
