Disclosed are polymeric dispersions with high solid share characteristic by that they comprise aqueous dispersion made of at least 77 % wt. of discrete polymeric particles, polymerised from monomers comprising at least 50 % wt. of acrylate monomers with C4-16 atoms and/ or vinyl-acetate, whilst the said dispersion has distribution of particles size with two or several modes, where one mode of particles distribution has particles with diameter between 0.05 and 4 um an other mode has particles with diameter between more than 4 to 100 um. Preparation method of dispersions of radically polymerising monomers under the temperature from 20 to 110 C. Mastic composition contains said dispersion with inorganic fillings, softeners, biocides, UV stabilisers, anti-oxidants, viscosity modifiers, cross-linkers.
