摘要 PURPOSE:To suppress eduction of S atoms and enhance the charging restorativeness of a pos. electrode active substance by forming in a porous electron conductor a high resistance material hybrid layer in which a high resistance substance in powder or short fiber form and pos. electrode active substance are mixed together, allowing only the pos. electrode active substance to permeate the porous electron conductor with heating, and furnishing a high resistance layer. CONSTITUTION:To fabricate a sheet-form high resistance material hybrid layer 6a, a pos. electrode active substance in molten state containing powder or short fiber of a high resistance substance is extruded and coated, by way of example, using a wide nozzle tip, that is followed by cooling. This high resistance material hybrid layer 6a is placed on a plate-form porous electron conductor 5 and heated at a temp., where the active substance melts, to allow the pos. electrode active substance contained in the hybrid layer 6a to permeate the porous electron conductor 5, which should accomplish a thin high resistance layer 6 in tight contact with the porous electron conductor 5 having a high high-resistance substance containing density. This porous electron conductor 5 fitted with the high resistance layer 6 is molded using a die so as to suit the shape of a battery pos. electrode chamber, and thus a pos. electrode molding is yielded.
