<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method capable of surely controlling the center bias in a reduction for rolling the web inside width of a H-shape steel. CONSTITUTION:1) The web center bias measuring value S {=(a-b)/2} is measured. Hear, (a), (b), are an upper and a lower web inside widths each H-shape steel. 2) The offset center position (e) of the flange center against the mill pass center or the correcting amount DELTAe at the outlet side against the web center bias measuring value (e) is obtained with next equation. 3) The feed forward control or the feed back control is executed based on the off-set position (e) or the DELTAe. e=S.
