PURPOSE:To provide a synthetic fiber-structural article having wash-resistant, antistaticity and water-repellency. CONSTITUTION:The synthetic fiber-structural article has a polyether ester resin layer formed on the surface of the article and a fluorine-based water-repellent layer containing a cationic antistatic agent or an anionic antistatic agent on the surface of the polyether ester resin layer.
