<p>PURPOSE:To enable thrust load capacity to be exhibited by forming a pair of cutout part sand a groove on each side surface of a liner and projected parts on each flange to be fitted thereto so as to have a degree of freedom in the axial and circumferential directions, so that buildup and removal can be facilitated for providing interchangeability of parts. CONSTITUTION:The assembly of a liner and a flange is carried out in such a way that after the central projection 9 of the flange 2 has been inserted into the groove 4 of the liner 1 from the outside diameter side of the liner 1, a pair of projections 8 on both ends of the flange 2 are hung on the fitting surfaces 5 of a pair of cutout parts 3 of the liner 1. Thereby, even in a builtup type, a stable shape near to a flange-fitted bearing consisting of a single member can be kept, and excellent assembling workability to the housing can be obtained, and also removal can be facilitated. And the dimensions of the liner 1 are made slightly less than the width of the housing, so that the flange 2 can be built up so as to be movable toward the inside to the liner 1, and after it has been built up in the housing, the degree of freedom of the flange can be maintained, and a proper fitting of the thrust surfaces can be secured, enabling thrust load capacity to be a sufficiently developed.</p> |
