PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and lightweight fuel cell power generating device by providing a circulating passage connected to the intake side and exhaust side of an air electrode, and measuring exhaust gas temperature and output current value in operation to regulate openings of an exhaust port and an intake port. SOLUTION: An exhaust valve 16 or intake valve 21 is closed just after a fuel cell generating device is started, and the exhaust gas from the air electrode of a fuel cell 10 is circulated so as to be introduced again into the air electrode by a fan 13 through an air discharge passage 14, a circulating passage 15, and an air introducing passage 12, whereby the humidity in the circulating system is raised and averaged. The exhaust valve 16 which was closed is opened to discharge the exhaust gas out of the system, and the outside air is supplied from an air inlet part 11 to enhance the oxygen partial pressure of the gas introduced into the air electrode. Thereafter, the openings of the exhaust valve 16 and the intake valve 21 are regulated while monitoring the exhaust gas temperature and output current value as the detection results by a temperature sensor 18 and an ammeter 19. |
