摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformalize the temperature and the flow velocity of waste gas flowing to a catalyst to prevent the heat deterioration and the purifying capacity of the catalyst by providing a second regenerating material covering a catalyst bed on the direct combustion chamber side of a regenerator, and straightening high temperature gas to cause it to flow to the catalyst bed while regeneration is performed by the second generating material. SOLUTION: A first regenerative material 4 is installed in the intermediate part of a regenerator 3, and also a second regenerative material 12 covering a catalyst bed 5 on the direct combustion chamber 2 side is provided on the end part of the regenerator 3 exposed to the flame of a burner 1. Thus the catalyst bed 5 receives a flow of the high temperature gas blowing to the regenerator with the flow straightened by a lot of vent holes of a honeycomb material or a three-dimensional netlike body of the second regenerative material 12. Therefore, high temperature gas flowing in the catalyst bed 5, whose temperature distribution is uniformalized in an effective action area of the catalyst, does not abnormally heat the catalyst to prevent heat deterioration of the catalyst. Furthermore, by uniformalizing the gas velocity, the reduction in catalyst purifying capacity is prevented.
