摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flux cored wire for arc welding capable of performing the all position welding, in particular, the vertical upward welding and the overhead welding with excellent efficiency, and excellent in the toughness down to -40 deg.C Class. SOLUTION: The flux cored wire for arc welding in which the flux is filled in a steel shell has the composition consisting of, by weight % based on the total weight of the wire, 3.0-10.0% TiO2 , 2-8%T.Ti, 0.1-0.8% T.Mg, <=0.5T.Al, 0.001-0.03% T.B, 1.0-4.0% T.Mn, 0.5-3.0% T.Si, 0.001-0.5% T.K., and 0.001-0.5% T.Na. The inequalities 0.5<=(T.Mg+100×T.B+0.1×T.Ti+0.1×T.Mn+T.K+T. Na)/T.Si<=5.0 are satisfied. The total water content is regulated to be in the range of 20-1000ppm (KF method, 750 deg.C and in O2 atmosphere) at the ratio to the total weight of the wire.
