SOLUTION: As for the 1st optical element 201 in the optical path between a luminous flux generating device and a liquid crystal light value 300; an angleϕ(h1) formed by an optical axis and a light emitting surface on an optional identical diameter around the optical axis is regulated by an expressionϕ(h1)=90 deg.+tan<-1> ((sinα1'(h1)-nsinα1(h1)/(cosα1'(h1)ncosα1(h1)) assuming that an angle formed by the optical axis with a luminous flux on a position h1 on the optional identical diameter around the optical axis isα1(h1) and an angle formed by the optical axis and the emitted luminous flux isα1'(h1). As for the 2nd optical element 202; the angleϕ(h2) is similarly regulated by the expressionϕ2(h2)=90 deg.+tan<-1> ((sinβ2'(h2)-nsinβ2(h2)/(cosβ2'(h2)-ncosβ2(h2))W' assuming that the angle formed by the optical axis and the luminous flux incident on a position h2 isβ2(h2) and the angle formed by the optical axis and the emitted luminous flux isβ2'(h2).
