PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of issue request processing for a certificate by the automatic certificate issuing device by providing a security processing means for confirming the use qualification of a user who has interacted with a WWW server, a means which issues the certificate according to the confirmed qualification, a charging processing means which settles the charge, etc. SOLUTION: In response to a request of the user 30 from a WWW browser part 33, the WWW server part 41 of the automatic certificate issue system 19 displays a certificate issue request input interaction screen. When the user 30 is a registered user, only a password code is inquired and when its confirmation is obtained, listed-up security confirmation items are checked. Then the control part 4 of the automatic certificate issue system 19 takes information needed for certification out of a resident file 22, transfers it to a certificate issue part 11 to issue the necessary certificate, and calculates and passes the commission and charge based upon the certificate kind and issue number to an interactive processing part 51, thereby displaying a final confirmation inquiry screen for the user 30 having made the issue indication. |
