摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat exchanging efficiency without giving bad affection to dehumidifying characteristics and enable a stabilized dehumidifying operation by a method wherein the treatment of moisture, condensed in an indoor heat exchanger, is ensured by specifying the constitution of arrangement of the indoor heat exchanger and a distributor. SOLUTION: An indoor heat exchanger 7 constitutes a refrigerating cycle equipped with a plurality of sheets of fins F, arranged in a unit main body and provided in parallel with a predetermined interval, as well as first and second flow passages A, B. A distributor 13 is equipped with a plurality of distributing units connected to respective flow passages and guides introduced refrigerant to respective flow passages to distribute it upon cooling operation. Further, a rear drain pan 11, arranged at the lower part of the indoor heat exchanger to receive drain water, is equipped and respective flow passages of the indoor heat exchanger are equipped with a plurality of stages, connected to the distributing units of the distributor while retaining a difference in the direction of gravity, while the distributing unit of the lowermost part of the distributor in the direction of gravity is connected to the part of the flow passage, which is nearest to the rear drain pan 11.
