PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the insignificant fine driving of an image-formation surface caused by the erroneous detection of relative positional relation between a camera main body and the image-formation surface at the time of starting a camera by giving priority to the information of a reference position detection means and reading the state of a terminal detection switch first at the time of starting the camera, and resetting the content of a RAM as a terminal in the case of detecting the terminal. SOLUTION: An infinity end switch 31 provided on the front side of an external main body 11 functions as the reference position detection means of the image-formation surface. At the time of starting the camera, priority is given to the information of the reference position detection means 31 and the state of the terminal detection switch is read first. In the case of detecting the terminal, the content of the RAM is reset as the terminal. Namely, when the camera is started, the data in an EEPROM is read out and transferred to the RAM according to a power-on instruction, and immediately whether the terminal detection switch is turned on or off is judged. In the case the terminal detection switch is turned on, the RAM data is reset as the terminal. |
