PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily vary the size of a control member to match the service condition of a switch. SOLUTION: Each of vertical rails 31 in a frame 3 forms a grating in combination with horizontal rails 32 while being joined at both ends 31 a to the sides of two of the horizontal rails 32. The vertical rail 31 has a cross-sectional shape about 1mm×1mm near each end 31a. Therefore, each end of the vertical rail 31 can be easily cut from the side of the horizontal rail 32 by a tool such as a nipper. By cutting some of the vertical rails 31 away from the horizontal rails 32, the horizontal length of each control member supported on the frame 3 can be varied. By cutting five, four, and three of the vertical rails 31, for example, four kinds of control members with horizontal lengths L, L/2, L/3, and L/6 can be supported.
