PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deterioration of exhaust emission by rectifying the air-fuel ratio of an engine to be close to a target ratio when a detecting error occurs because of the temperature characteristic of an air flow meter. SOLUTION: When an engine is in an idle running state in which air-fuel ratio feedback control is clamped (S1) and a specified time or over after clamping is passed (S2), feedback control is executed based on a revolution fluctuation valueΔNe (S3 to S10). The feedback control based on the revolution fluctuation valueΔNe is performed by integration-controlling a correction factorβfor correcting an injection amount such that an actual revolution fluctuation widthΔNe (S3) is within a range between an upper limit X (S7) and a lower limit Y (S4) (S6 and S10).
