PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To trim a fixed rectangular region in an original or on the contrary, insert an original image in a transfer paper and copy the original image, for obtaining a copy and image information by providing a mode selecting means, a width input means and a timing calculating means. SOLUTION: The input interface of a CPU is connected to a mode selecting key for selecting various kinds of copying modes, an original input key for inputting the size and direction of the original, a frame input key for inputting the width in the scanning direction of an optical system, of a void frame and a transfer paper input key for inputting the size and direction of the transfer paper. Further, an output interface is connected to a paper feeding clutch for transmitting the rotation of a main motor to a resist roller, to decide the timing of supplying the transfer paper, etc. Therefore, image processing from both sides of folded original to divided images by trimming is easily executed only by a few input operations such as the operation of the mode selecting means and the input operation of the frame width and the efficiency of processing can be improved. |
