PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form synthetic resin material exactly of forms, which respectively correspond to the molding surfaces of a plurality of inserts by a method wherein a plurality of molding surfaces of synthetic resin material are simultaneously and respectively compression-molded irrespective of the cooling deviation between the synthetic resin materials in cavities. SOLUTION: By respectively controlling feeding oil pressures applying to compression cylinders 13L and 13M after the mold clamping of molding dies, the molding surfaces 16L and 16M of inserts 14L and 14M are pushed against the synthetic resin materials of cavities. As a result, during the period, in which the surface temperatures of the synthetic resin materials are raised and reach their softening temperatures, the temperatures of the inserts 14L and 14M are ma maintained at about 180 deg.C. Then, temperatures sensors 17L and 17M detect the lowering of the temperature of the inserts 14L and 14M to about 90 deg.C. Then, the supply of temperature controlling medium to temperature controlling passage 21L and 21M is stopped. Finally, the energizing to a cartridge heater is re-started so as to heat the inserts 14L and 14M in order to prepare to release compression-molding. |
