<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and quantitatively monitor the degree in deterioration of a traveling mechanism by generating alarm when vibration in the moving direction is detected during movement of a paint spray means and it is discriminated that amplitude value of detected vibration is not smaller than set value. SOLUTION: An automatic coating device 10 incorporates a traveling mechanism 30, a driving control board 50 and a paint supply means or the like. A work is coated while a paint spray means 20 is reciprocatively moved in a circular arc shape in the vertical (primary) direction. An acceleration sensor 60 is fitted to a traveling object 32 as a means for detecting vibration in the moving direction during movement of the paint spray means 20. Acceleration Aci detected by the acceleration sensor 60 during movement of the traveling object 32 is taken into a CPU 71 through an amplifier 65 and converted into amplitude value Ai of vibration. Thereafter, the amplitude value Ai of vibration is compared with set value As stored in a set value storage means 73M. In the case of Ai>=As, an alarm signal is outputted to rumble a buzzer 69.</p> |
