PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition, comprising a graft copolymer prepared by using a diene-based rubber-like polymer latex having different particle diameters and gel contents and optimizing the graft ratio and molecular weight of by-products at the time of carrying out the graft copolymerization and good in impact resistance, fluidity, etc. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) 10-100 pts. wt. graft copolymer prepared by carrying out the graft copolymerization of a mixture containing (ii) a vinly aromatic monomer and (iii) a vinyl cyanide monomer onto (i) a diene-based rubber-like polymer and (B) 0-90 pts.wt. copolymer composed of 50-90wt.% component (ii), 10-50wt.% component (iii) and, as necessary, (iv) 0-40wt.% vinyl monomer copolymerizable therewith. Furthermore, the component (i) is a mixture of a rubber-like polymer, containing particles, in which >=60wt.% thereof has 0.2-0.35μm particle diameter, and having >=60wt.% gel content with the polymer, containing particles, in which >=40wt.% thereof has >=0.35μm particle diameter, and having <=40wt.% gel content. The weight-average molecular weight of by-products when carrying out the graft copolymerization is >=40000 and <=120000.
