PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a processing time at a window of a bank clerk and a waiting time of a customer by holding transaction data to a transaction card to integrate the card with a delivery medium. SOLUTION: A transfer card 1 is integrated with the part in which a sender's name is entered of the outer surface of a twofold postcard 2 and separated from the postcard 2 along a perforation 4 to function as a card. A magnetic stripe is provided to the rear surface of the transfer card 1 and transaction data such as a bank name being a transfer destination, a branch name, an account number, a name or a payment state are magnetically stored therein. By making an application to a bank for the transfer card 1 at a window, data are written in the magnetic stripe after the closing time or by a separate bank clerk at leisure and the transfer card 1 is sent back to a customer in the state integrated with the postcard 2 later. The customer cuts off the transfer card 1 along the perforation 4 and carries only the card to the bank to use the same in transfer processing. |
