PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a structure of a partition plate member accurate, and facilitate manufacture, by forming the partition plate member of high polymer materials, integrally forming membrane rubber, and providing a protrusion on the exposing surface of the membrane rubber. SOLUTION: A metal mold 31 is constituted of split molds 33, 34, 35, a protrusion 28 of a membrane rubber 16 is fitted to a recessed part 33A of the split mold 33 in molding, pinched, and set with the sprit mold 35. A heated resin material is injected to a cavity of the metal mold 31 through a gate 32 in this state, and a partition plate member 17 is formed. The peripheral edge part of the disc-like membrane rubber 16 is pinched by parts projecting on the inner peripheral side of an opening part 26 of a partition wall material 27 and also on both end sides in the axial direction, and the membrane rubber 16 is integrated with the partition wall material 27 only by resin forming. Accordingly, the process for assembling the partition wall material so divided as to pinch the membrane rubber, the adhesion process of the membrane rubber, and the preparation process can be reduced, and manufacture can be easily and reliably performed. |
