摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power connector for charging the capacitor of an electric vehicle, by which connecting work can be performed safely. SOLUTION: A capacitor side connector 10 has a recess 11 and two rod- shaped electrode terminals 15, 16 provided in the recess 11 and connected to the capacitor 1 of an electric vehicle, and a charger side connector part 50 is designed so that it can be inserted into the recess 11, and has a socket part 51 which specifies two holes 52, 53 fitted over the two rod-shaped electrode terminals 15, 16 when it is inserted into the recess 11 and which is connected to a charger 3. The capacitor side connector 10 has a shutter 36 over the opening of the recess 11 to close the recess 11. The charger side connector part 50 has freely expanding and contracting ring-shaped members 58, 60 whose ends are located near the openings of the holes 52, 53 when they expand, and has a shutter 36 designed to close the recess 11 when the charger side connector part 50 is drawn out of the capacitor side connector part 10.
