SOLUTION: In an inner box 30 of a refrigerator, a damper storing body 33 formed integrally with a heat insulating material 32 stored at the rear part of a partitioning part 22 is stored in an expanded part 31 formed deep in the bottom on the side of a refrigerating compartment. And at the rear part of the box 30, duct forming members 41-43 are brought into contact with the body 33 to form a cold air feed duct 44 communicating with a cold air inlet port 40 of a heat insulating material 35 and a cold air feed duct 46 in communication with a cold air outlet port 36 is formed from the members 42, 43.
