METHOD FOR SYNCHRONIZING DATABASE IN NETWORK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily execute the construction and reconstruction of an initial database in the case of synchronizing the database of a management system with that of a managed system. SOLUTION: A network element NE in the managed system constructs (A1) a database having management information tree structure modeling system constitution and transfers (A3) the upper instance information of a management information tree to an operation system(OS) in the management system (A3) autonomously or command input (A2). The OS in the management system starts (A4) the construction of a database based upon the upper instance and requests (A5) lower instance information under the upper instance, the NE of the managed system sends (A6) the lower instance information to the management system and the management system constructs (A7) the database.
