PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dielectric compsn. having about 0ppm/ deg.C temp. coefft. τf of resonance frequency and -60 to +60ppm/ deg.C temp. coefft. τε of specific inductive capacity. SOLUTION: Glass is added by 0.1-50wt.% to a ceramic compsn. consisting of Sr(Ni1/3 Nb2/3 )O3 and Ba(MII1/3 MV2/3 )O3 (where MII is Ni, Mg or Zn, MV is Nb or Ta, when MV is Nb, MII is Ni, Mg or Zn, and when MV is Ta, MII is Mg or Zn). Since an Sr(Ni1/3 Nb2/3 )O3 ceramic-(MgO-BaO-B2 O3 -SiO2 ) glass composite material is further combined with Ba(MII1/3 MV2/3 )O3 , the objective dielectric for high frequency compsn. having satisfactory τf and τε and high characteristics is obtd. |
