SOLUTION: A hollow fitting recessed part 3a is extendedly provided in an axial-longitudinal direction in an end part on the output side of an input shaft 3, and an end part 5a on the input side of an output shaft 5 is fitted in the fitting recessed part 3a, and ball bearings 52 are arranged so that pilot bearings 56 arranged in order to make both shafts relatively rotatable may be made to mutually longitudinally coincide and sandwiched.
