PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the reflecting efficiency of a reflector from decreasing by providing a light storage material. SOLUTION: A reflector 6 reflects light emitted from a lamp 2 in the illuminating direction. A light storage material 7 is provided in a position where it does not decrease the reflecting efficiency of the reflector 6, i.e., in the position of the reflector 6 opposite to the lamp 2 directed in the opposite direction to the illuminating direction. Part of the light emitted from the lamp 2 being turned on is absorbed and stored by the light storage material 7, and the light stored in the light storage material 7 is emitted when the lamp is turned off.
