PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distance-measuring apparatus which does not measure a distance erroneously even when a plurality of objects to be detected exist in a visual field range and to detect respective distances of the plurality of objects to be detected. SOLUTION: A right image which is outputted from a photodetector 23a on one side is shifted one pixel by one pixel by an image shift processing part 24. An agreement judgment part 25 compares the shifted right image with a left image which is outputted from a photodetector 23b on the other side, and it cuts out a region in which an agreement degree is high. A correlation computing part 26 finds the deviation amount between regions in which the agreement degree of the right and left images is found out to be high, and it finds the distance of an object to be detected on the basis of the deviation amount.
