PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out forced reduce so as to reduce consumption horse power at the time of a high rotational condition instantly by providing with a first opening/closing valve for opening/closing a communicating passage for discharging line and a reduce cylinder bore, and a second opening/closing valve for opening/closing a communicating passage for a suction line and the reduce cylinder bore. SOLUTION: A forced reduce device 8 is provided with a valve 80, an energizing member 81, a reduce cylinder 82, a reduce piston 83, a first communicating passage 84, a first opening/closing valve 85, a second communicating passage 86, and a second opening/closing valve 87. When a vehicle becomes a rapid accelerating condition and a forced reduce is necessitated, the firs opening/ closing valve 85 is closed, and the second opening/closing valve 87 is opened. Pressure in the other end part of a reduce cylinder bore 82a is reduced to suction chamber pressure instantly, and the valve 80 is closed to a condition in which an intake opening 22a is few opened by the energizing member 81. As a result, crank chamber pressure is raised, the inclining angle of the swash plate 5 is narrowed, the condition becomes in a small capacity operating condition, and consumption horse force is reduced. |
