PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display the station management(SMT) information and error information on a fiber distributed data interface(FDDI) board by an operator's command input in a format that an operator can easily observe it. SOLUTION: When the operator inputs an SMT command 4 to a data I/O part 3, an SMT information accessing part 6 is started. Then a participating/ separating means 7, an SMT frame receiving/displaying means 8 and an FDDI board error information display means 9 in the access part 6 execute the operation, acquisition and display of the information of information table groups 21l to 21n stored in the FDDI board 19 by using an SMT means 20 in the board 19 through an FDDI driver 16 in accordance with the paramters of the SMT command 4. |
