PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink changeover method and an ink-jet textile printing device by which good-quality textile printing is performed by performing changeover between a first ink supply state selecting one from ink of a first group to supply it to a pair of printer heads and a second ink supply state in which a standard differs from the first group and one is selected from ink of a second group consisting of a plurality of ink having mutually different standards and supplied to the other side of a pair of printer heads. SOLUTION: The ink-jet textile printing device is equipped with an ink changeover means SX for performing changeover between a first ink supply state in which one is selected from among ink A-N of a first group and supplied to a pair of printer heads HD1, HD2 and a second ink supply state in which one is selected from among ink A-N of the first group and supplied to the printer head HD1 and also one is selected from among ink A'-N' of a second group and supplied to the printer head HD2.
