PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the configuration and to prevent data destruction and damages to a device by writing and reading data while an IC memory card and a reader/writer are in non-contact state. SOLUTION: A transmission reception circuit 70 gives a read control signal to a memory 71. The read data are modulated into transmission data by the transmission reception circuit 70, amplified by an amplifier circuit 72 and sent via a transmission antenna 73t. Then a transmission signal is received by a reception antenna 58r of a reader/writer 42. The reception signal is amplified by an amplifier circuit 59 and processed respectively by a band pass filter 60 and an equalizer 61 and fed to a microcomputer 49. The microcomputer 49 applies various processing to data from the equalizer 61 and gives the data to a recording and reproducing device via an interface circuit 48 and an output terminal 47. |
