PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently obtain a favorable quality of a molding, with which an inserting body is integrated and which has a few burr by a method wherein a molded body is integrally formed in the surrounding of the inserting body by injecting reaction stock liquid under the condition that the inserting body is arranged within a mold, some part of which is made of elastic member, under the state that some part of the inserting body is exposed outside the mold by contacting with the elastic member of the mold. SOLUTION: In a mold main body, at the position, through which a projecting portion 10a as some part of an inserting body 10 is exposed outside molds 2 and 3, notches are formed so as to install an elastic member therein. Between the bottom mold 2 and the top mold 3, the inserting body 10 is arranged so as to fit the projecting portion 10a of the inserting body 10 to the groove 9 of the elastic member 8 in order to mate the split surface of the molds 2 and 3 and inject reaction stock liquid in a cavity. As a result, the projecting portion 10a contacts with the elastic member 8 at the position, at which the projecting portion 10a is exposed outside, or the projecting portion 10a is sealed at the elastic member, resulting in preventing the injected stock liquid from leaking out of the interior of the mold. Thus, a favorable quality molding integrating with the inserting body 10 and having a few burr or the like can be molded. |
