PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To independently perform a heating and a hot water supply, and in addition, improve the loadability and the installability. SOLUTION: A hot water supply unit 1 for which a heating-exchanger (1b) for hot water supply, a burner (1c), a blower (1d), and a fuel pump (1e), etc., are housed in a box body (1a), and a heating unit 2 for which a heat-exchanger 2b for heating, a burner 2c, a blower 2d, and a fuel pump 2e, etc., are housed in a box body 2a, are respectively prepared, and the box bodies of both units 1, 2 are bonded to each other to constitute a heating-hot water supply device. Therefore, a hot water supply and a heating can be independently performed by using a hot water generating appliance of the hot water supply unit 1, and a hot water generating appliance of the heating unit 2 individually, and even when either one of the hot water generating appliances for hot water supply and heating fails, the hot water supply or the heating can be performed by making the other hot water generating function display normally. |
