PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power system voltage regulator which can return the system voltage to the specified voltage, when the voltage the power system changes. SOLUTION: The system voltage is regulated converting the energy charged in a storage battery 3 into AC whose phase and voltage are regulated by an inverter 2, and supplying it to a power system 1. Moreover, the AC obtained from the power system is charged in a storage battery after being converted into DC by an inverter, and this energy charged in the storage battery is converted into AC again by other inverter, and then it is supplied to the power system through the transformer connected in series to the system. |
