MOBILE PLUG DEVICE EQUIPPED WITH WORKING EQUIPMENT FOR SEWAGE WORK PIPE DUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove easily and without manpower sticking solid mattes which tends to stick obstinately on the wall surface of a pipe duct in a mobile plug device for a sewage pipe duct which is inserted in a sewage pipe duct in which water runs down to block the cross section of the sewage duct owing to the effect of expansion of a rubber bag. SOLUTION: A device comprises a plug 1 composed of a rubber bag 11, wheeled travelling part 2 and operation part 3 equipped with a work tool 31. The operation part 3 comprises a cylindrical shaft 25 constituting a fixing part, a rotary frame ring 27 fit rotatively over the cylindrical shaft 25, a hydraulically-driven motor 28 mounted on the rotary shaft 27 and the work tool 31 which is mounted on the rotary frame ring 27 and assumes an actuation posture toward the pipe wall owing to the effect of extension of a hydraulically- driven cylinder 30 to be driven hydraulically. The cylindrical shaft 25 and the rotary frame ring 27 constitute a rotary joint for working fluid.
