PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an increase in the number of valve gap adjusting steps following an increase in the number of engine valves and eliminate an imbalance between an air intake valve and an exhaust valve so as to perform simultaneous operations. SOLUTION: An automatic lashing adjuster 1 includes a plurality of piston members 11 for individually applying the pushing forces of open directions to a plurality of air intake valves 2 or exhaust valves and a bridge member 12 for covering the piston members 11 fitted to each other and forming a common fluid pressure chamber 21 for generating the pushing forces.
