PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of a bathroom ventilation device without inadvertently cooling the body of a bathing person by a method wherein when there is a human body in a bathtub, a ventilation operation is effected and when there is no human body, the ventilation operation is stopped to effectively utilize the bathroom ventilation device. SOLUTION: A presence judging means Bs which judges whether or not there is a human body in a bathtub based on the result of sensing of a water- level sensor 40 at specified time intervals is provided in a heat source device controller B3 . While an automatic cool air operation switch 66 is on, the means Bs judges whether or not there is a human body in the bathtub. If a judgment is made that there is a human body, a cool air operation start command for commanding the start of a cool air operation is outputted to a drying, heating device controller A2 . On the other hand, if the means B5 judges that there is no human body in the bathtub, a cooling air operation suspension command for suspending a cool air operation is outputted to the controller A2 . |
