摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the demand of power consumption and maintain the comfortability of a dwelling space by a method wherein a demand heat load is predicted from a forecast power demand curve and heat corresponding to forecast heat loads is stored in a heat storage device at night and a heat radiating operation is performed at the time of air conditioning based on the forecast power demand curve. SOLUTION: A chaos analys is carried out by means of a power demand curve forecast means 12 based on time series data of power demand collected by a power demand time series data collecting means 11 to predict a power demand curve in air-conditioning time period for following day. In order to store heat corresponding to a demand heat load predicted by means of a demand heat load forecast means 13 in a heat storage device 15, an operation control means 18 controls a heat storage operation means 14 of a heat source device based on the demand heat load predicted by the means 13 to effect a heat storage operation at night. The means 18 controls a heat storage utilization operation means 16 based on the power demand curve predicted by the means 12 to feed the heat stored in a heat storage device 15 to a cooling, heat radiating device 17. As a result, heat of the device 17 is released.
