PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the operability of a bathroom ventilation device by a method wherein when there is no human body in a bathtub, ventilation operation is effected and when there is a human body, the ventilation operation is switched to a suspended state. SOLUTION: A presence judging means B5 which judges whether or not there is a human body in a bathtub based on the result of sensing of a water- level sensor 40 at specified time intervals is provided in a heat source device controller B3 . While an automatic ventilation operation switch 66 is ON, the means B5 judges whether or not there is a human body in a bathtub. When it is judged that there is a human body, a cool air operation start command for commanding the start of a cool air operation and a ventilation operation suspension command for suspending a ventilation operation are outputted to a drying, heating device controller A2 . On the other hand, when there is no human body in the bathtub, a ventilation operation start command for commanding the start of ventilation operation and a cool air operation suspension command for commanding the suspension of cool air operation are outputted to the controller A2 . |
