Automatic provision of receipt equipped night postboxes

The postbox used in central Europe, customarily provides 'night postboxes' for inhabitants of any authority to 'post' an objection against some law or action becoming obsolete. If there are no objections after certain time, the law becomes obsolete. The object was to keep the peace of the German state. In addition it is proposed in this innovation to use modem copiers to provide replicas of the 'objection' document, valid in court, with data stamp of posting. It is possible to print out documents and receipts for use in court, with recording in memory of posting.
