Dough-forming machine supplying automatic pretzel-looping machinery

A new dough-forming machine is suitable for pretzel strands. A continuously-recirculating conveyor has a work plate beneath its lower strand, forming a working gap. There is a deposition area to receive the formed dough strands, connected to the end section of the gap. The plate has a cut-out open to the deposition area, extending symmetrically to the central long axis of the plate. A new feature of the cut-out (14) is a support plate (13), suspended resiliently below it.
