The spacer disc (1) is made of aluminium and the fixer holes (9) are in steel inserts (8) that are screw-in. The tapped holes (11) are in steel inserts (10) acting as threads arranged in disc recesses (6,7) in twistable, retractable and non-ejecting components. The steel inserts and the sides of the disc recesses should be knurled (12), both inserts diametrically varied in steps to press home onto associated recess steps. Thus the outside diameter of the threaded inserts may taper to the front as opposed to those of the inserts which may taper to the rear. The specified steps could be spherical to give bevel or ball seats and can be cast in their respective spacer disc in the form of a polyhedron or a truncately stepped pyramid. The tapped inserts (21) may have sideways strips or again come in rotation-symmetrical format.
