The valve mounting tool has a valve screw head enclosing housing (6) with a workpiece holder (3) having an angled attachment to the screw head (8) of the valve opposite the housing. The screw head (8) has a rotary drive angled stop assembly (20), which in its active work position is adjustable to place the screw head against the housing in at least one rotary position.
