Device for releasable connection of two profile bars at different angles to each other

The metal plate strip (2) is so bent that its two ends enclose between them an equally sized angle as the two profile bars (8) to be connected. A sliding block (1) having a T-shape cross section, is insertable in an undercut groove (10) of each profile bar and supported on the back-cuts. The bars are held in place with the aid of threaded bolts (4), which are inserted in groove base holes (6) at an inclination. The two profile bars are pressed together towards the mitre seam (7) and in each of the two sliding blocks has another threaded bolt (5) located in a threaded hole, supporting the block end directly against the groove base. The middle web of the T-section of the sliding block serves as a protection against twisting, and as an insertion guide. The other web of the sliding block serves as the fitting in the groove.
