A transfusion system which makes the backflow of blood to be easy to visual comprises a transfusion need (1), a dropper (2), a transfusion tube (3), a regulator (4), a syringe needle (6) and a junction (5) for the syringe needle (6), wherein at least one extraturbal compressor (7) is provided on the transfusion tube (3) between the dropper (2) and the syringe needle (6). When used, the regulator is turned off to stop the liquid flow after the transfusion tube is filled of transfusion liquid, and the compressor is buckled resulting in several drops of liquid dropping from the needle, then start the injection operation. The compressor is relaxed as soon as the needle is put into the tissue, resulting in a section of vaccum occurred in the tube, if the needle is not in the vein, makes it continue to puncture along the direction of the vein until the backflow of blood occurred, then the injection is completed. By using this system, the backflow of blood is easy to see, and the transfusion liquid will not be undesirably injected into tissue around the vessel.
